Vision: a giant infinite-canvas graph showing how ALL these people are connected AND the FLOW OF CAPITAL — so a target SEES the pooled aligned capital and the Day 7 / Genesis master blueprint ("if Genesis taps these connected sources, here's how you're all connected and here's the money").
Plan (data-first, viz-later — per Carter):
1. Get the data 500,000,000% accurate first (this is the priority): every funder's capital capacity, check size, deployable-now flag, warm path, and connections → MONEY_FLOW_BLUEPRINT_S1290.json (prompt: prompts/wave5-s1290/MONEY_FLOW_BLUEPRINT.md).
2. Compute total addressable aligned capital + top capital nodes + shortest funding paths.
3. Viz later (not heavy): render the infinite canvas / Sankey money-flow + the connection web — options: our own canvas (vis-network/D3, like /map.html) and Kumu (already chosen). Only build the heavy viz once the data is verified accurate.
Principle: databases + accuracy NOW; Kumu + the infinite-canvas blueprint render from that verified data later — cheap once the data is right.
What it IS: the single picture that shows every aligned person/fund/foundation as part of ONE BODY — and shows them they're already connected, so they can work as one. Today they're scattered; the blueprint reveals the whole organism and Genesis as the connective intelligence (the nervous system) that lets them act as one.
The metaphor (matches Genesis's organism framing): - Each domain/segment = a body system (Faith-Capital = circulatory/bloodstream of money; Faith Leaders = voice; Tech/AI = nervous system; Foundations = reserves; Policy = skeleton/structure). - Each person = an organ/cell within their system. - The connections = the tissue binding them (who knows whom, who co-invests, shared boards). - The money flow = the bloodstream (pooled aligned capital and how it can move toward the mission). - Genesis / Carter = the heart + brain at the center — the coordinating intelligence that makes the scattered parts function as one body.
The pitch it enables: "Here is the Body. You are already connected to all of this aligned capital, reach, and conviction. Apart, you're scattered and each fights alone. Together — coordinated by Genesis — you are one body that cannot be stopped. This is the blueprint for Day 7 / Genesis."
HOW WE BUILD IT (data-first, then render — cheap once data is right): 1. Data (gathering NOW via the open prompts): every node = person/fund/foundation with {capital capacity, segment/body-system, connections, warm path to Carter, deployable?}. Sources: MONEY_FLOW_BLUEPRINT, NEW_PEOPLE_CONNECTIONS, ECOSYSTEM_ORGCHARTS, the graph. 2. Assemble into one unified graph (people + edges + capital), Carter = heart/center, clustered by body-system/domain. 3. Render the infinite canvas: zoomable map — center (Carter/Genesis) → body systems (domain rings) → organs (people), edges glowing between connected people, capital pools sized by dollars, money-flow paths animated toward the center. Tools: our own D3/canvas (like /map.html, scaled up) + Kumu for the relationship view. 4. The "one body" overlay: toggle that shows the systems lighting up together — the scattered-vs-unified before/after. 5. Only build the heavy canvas once the data is verified 500,000,000% accurate (Carter's rule). Databases + accuracy first; the picture renders from verified data.
Status: the DATA for this is being gathered right now (connections, money-flow, org-charts). Once verified → render the blueprint canvas + Kumu. This is the destination of the whole effort.
These are the Kings and the Royals. The blueprint's value-story is the Biblical pattern of how King David built the temple (1 Chronicles 29): David didn't build it alone — he gathered the willing, each gave according to their ability toward ONE house for God, the resources flowed together, the temple rose, and everyone shared in the glory and the blessing. - Genesis = the temple / the one house they build together. - The Kings & Royals = the willing givers — each contributes capital, reach, conviction toward the one effort. - It all flows together (the collaborative model, §11) — pooled, not scattered. - Everyone benefits — the returns, the flourishing, the Kingdom impact are shared. - Together we take down the giant — David vs Goliath: the small, faithful, coordinated body defeats the centralized giant (Big Tech / untruthful, capture-driven AI). Alone, none can; as one body, the giant falls.
Use in outreach + the blueprint canvas: lead the highest targets with this — "This is the temple generation builds together. Here are the Kings already gathered, here's the capital ready to flow, here's the giant we take down — and you're invited to build, and to share in it." The blueprint shows the gathered Kings + the pooled capital; the David pattern gives it meaning.
